We are now looking to hire a Relocation Support Manager to work with our Relocation Team to provide efficient and effective support to this fast-paced team. You will coordinate the arrival of our overseas candidates with collection from airports all over the country and then help the Relocation Team to find accommodation for candidates and help them with integration to the area. This is a newly created position at Workforce and will be a fast paced, exciting role for the right candidate.

Your responsibilities:

  • Assisting with all administration duties for our relocation team
  • Providing support on international relocation, arrange flights, accommodation and collections from airports
  • Build positive relationships with estate agents, and landlords in property searches and also coordination of this process
  • Help research locations to support candidate integration into the community
  • Control candidate WhatsApp groups & arrival packages


  • Excellent organisation skills and the ability to prioritise and deliver within tight deadlines
  • Good attention to detail and numerical accuracy
  • Good communicator & problem-solving skills
  • Works well under pressure and as part of a team
  • Enthusiastic, professional and performance-driven
  • Flexibility with working hours is essential (early start, late finish, weekends)
  • Service background preferred
  • Estate or travel agency background desirable


  • Attractive basic salary up to £28,000, depending on experience
