Your role:

In this exciting new role of a Talent Acquisition at Workforce Digital you’ll support our expanding business to attract and support the best local, national and international talent to find a new career with top UK employers.

Leveraging 15 years’ experience of recruiting, relocating and retaining the best talent to satisfy skill shortages in the UK, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring Workforce Digital is the go-to people solutions partner for Tech Talent.

The ideal person may be an experienced agency Delivery Recruiter or in-house Recruiter, who is keen to help others find their dream job. With the large volume of interest from India and Europe, applicants who have Hindi or European language proficiency would be of particular interest but is not essential.

This truly unique opportunity is the perfect role for an experienced and ambitious person to take the next step in their career.

What you’ll do:

Source candidates and process applications for a broad range of Tech roles, including Software Developers, Testers, Cyber Security and other specialists.
Conduct telephone and video screening interviews to understand candidate requirements, assess their abilities and motivations and explain the services offered by Workforce Digital.
Utilise job boards, social media platforms and internals system to accurately track applications through to completion.
Collaborate across the business with the sales, marketing, social media and delivery teams to ensure our clients and candidates enjoy the best possible experience.

Your skills and experience:

Should have:

Strong recruitment experience.
A willingness to learn the tech sector.
A personable, outgoing and friendly demeanor.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have:

An understanding of visas and immigration.
Hindi or European additional languages.
