We are now looking to hire a talent acquisition partner who will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring qualified candidates to meet our recruitment requirements. Your primary role will be to ensure that we have a talented workforce that contributes to our overall success.
Your responsibilities:
• Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their vacancy requirements, and preferred qualifications
• Developing recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates, including utilising various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals
• Conducting interviews and screening candidates to assess their skills, experience, cultural, and values fit
• Building and maintaining a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs
• Managing the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient candidate experience
• Negotiating and extending job offers to selected candidates, including facilitating salary and contract negotiations
• Keeping abreast of industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to recruitment and talent acquisition
• Tracking and maintaining recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hires, to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies
Requirements:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent sourcing and networking abilities to identify and attract top talent
• Solid knowledge of recruitment techniques and best practices
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
• Ability to assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit through interviews and assessments
• Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize and manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously
• Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a focus on meeting recruitment targets and deadlines
• Knowledge of relevant labour laws and regulations to ensure compliance throughout the recruitment process
• Flexibility and adaptability to navigate changing priorities and business needs
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office

Package:
• Basic salary, £26,000 dependent on experience, OTE £30,000
• Hybrid considered
• Part time considered, minimum 25hrs pw
