In this exciting new role of a Resourcer at Workforce, you’ll support our expanding business to attract and support the best talent to find a new career with a top UK employer’s.
The ideal person will have an experience in recruitment and will be a people person who’s keen to help others find their dream job.

What you’ll do:
- Source candidates and process applications for a broad range of roles in Manufacturing, Hospitality or Health and Social Care Division.
- Conduct telephone and video screening interviews to understand candidate requirements, assess their abilities and motivations and explain the services offered by Workforce
- Utilise job boards, social media platforms and internals system to accurately track applications through to completion
- Collaborate across the business with the sales, marketing, social media and delivery teams to ensure our clients and candidates enjoy the best possible experience
Your skills and experience:
Should have:
- Some experience in Recruitment/Resourcing
- Caring personality and willingness to continually learn
- A personable, outgoing and friendly demeanour
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Very good knowledge of Spanish, Portuguese and English (spoken and written)
