We’re hiring a Recruitment Consultant – Permanent Desk

We are now looking to hire a first-class individual to drive the success of our permanent recruitment strategy. Reporting to the Head of Operations, this person will be hands on, passionate, and professional.

This position will suit an Internal Recruiter or Recruitment Consultant who strives to deliver the best service to clients, but does not necessarily enjoy the new business aspect of the full-cycle recruitment process.

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing all permanent recruitment, using appropriate systems and processes specific to each vacancy – inclusive of headhunting.
  • Sourcing of high calibre candidates for different divisions, levels, and roles so that our clients can continue to meet the demands of the market.
  • Working closely with Business Development and operations Team to meet the client’s expectations.
  • Highlighting any potential high risk and difficult to fil positions, and helping to create effective recruitment plans.
  • Engaging in the design, development, and implementation of innovative direct-sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, CV Databases, Talent Pooling, Networking, Social Media, etc.).
  • Building and maintaining a network of potential candidates through proactive market research – which is vital to the success of this role.

The successful candidate:

  • You will have proven experience in a recruitment role, sourcing candidates with different levels of experience in blue-collar and white-collar sectors.
  • You will be able to demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the recruitment market, and the different recruitment channels and tools available to source suitably qualified colleagues.
  • You will be passionate about recruitment and have excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders, and you will really strive to deliver the best service to our clients and candidates.
  • You will be enthusiastic, supportive, and committed.

What we offer:

  • Basic Salary between £24k-28k for the right individual + OTE £32 – 36k.
