What you’ll do:

  • Lead the company’s marketing function and team to devise and deliver a results-driven marketing strategy for the business
  • Establish positioning for each target sector and identify, reach and engage with the correct target audiences within each one
  • Lead in the execution of marketing tactics from start to completion, leveraging internal and external support and driving collaboration
  • Taking ownership of successful lead generation campaigns and the sales process on behalf of the wider team, using LinkedIn, our sales CRM and other tools and apps, ahead of tracking responses and creating insight reports
  • Develop talent attraction strategies in line with the delivery team to promote opportunities and generate high levels of candidate applications
  • Partner with our in-house Web & Graphic Designer to develop our website, sales materials, online and virtual event collateral and other relevant content, imagery and literature
  • Devising and facilitating successful advertising campaigns, including email, online and social media, with a particular focus on LinkedIn and YouTube, to get enquiries, build brand awareness, aid sales and support employer branding
  • Work closely with our CEO and wider Senior Team to create tailored messages and reach out on their behalf to other business leaders to help create a relevant and strong network of likeminded businesses
  • Analyse data from online activity, events, sales processes and all other sources to identify successes, failures, trends and in order to make data driven decisions that see a continued increase in enquiry conversion rates
  • Research and test the latest lead generation and sales tools, then make recommendations on the best solutions and champion these across the business
  • Network across Healthcare, Hospitality, Manufacturing and Tech & IT subject matter experts and decision makers to discuss topical challenges in the market, whilst understanding engaging with relevant communities

Your skills and experience:

Should have:

  • Led a creative, fast-paced marketing function
  • Up to date knowledge and experience of relevant marketing processes, best practice, tools and apps, with a strong understanding of online and social media platforms
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for client-focused and exec-level content and reports
  • Confident, inquisitive and proactive demeanour

Nice to have:

  • A degree in a marketing-related subject
  • Recruitment exposure, either agency or in-house
  • Tech, IT, Manufacturing and/or Healthcare sector experience
