We are now looking to hire a first-class individual to drive the success of our business strategy. The role will mainly focus on relocation division of our business. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic and motivated with the ability to demonstrate leadership, attention to detail and strong personal motivation to see tasks fully completed. This role is fast paced and would suit someone who enjoys a challenge and working with others to achieve optimum results for our business. Your responsibilities:
Day-to-day management of the Relocation team setting KPIs and output expectations
Continuously monitor and seek ways to improve efficiencies within the team automating processes where possible
Planning and diary management of the relocation team
Supporting accommodation team, building strong relationships with our landlords
Developing and implementing logistics strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize performance and reduce costs
Collaborating with suppliers
Planning and coordinating routes to collect candidates from airports an relocate them in a timely manner to meet business targets
Ensuring compliance regulations governing logistics operations
Analysing data and producing reports to identify areas for improvement in the onboarding and compliance teams
Identifying potential problems and developing contingency plans to mitigate risks
Managing budgets and expenses related to operations
Assist in setting up a southern hub of relocation drivers, to support the business in the southern regions of the UK

Requirements:
Must hold a full, valid driving license
Good communicator & problem-solving skills
Excellent negotiation and influencing skills
Works well under pressure and as part of a team
Ability to follow and manage compliance procedures
Enthusiastic, professional and performance-driven
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility with working hours is essential (early start, late finish, weekends)
Travel, logistics or property background would be desirable

Package:
Up to £40,000 basic salary dependent on experience and attractive incentive scheme
