The successful candidate will be responsible for the leadership and management of the financial operations of Workforce. To actively manage & lead the financial planning, processes, analysis & reporting. We are looking for someone who has a passion Finance & thrives in a high growth environment. If you have worked in a PE backed business or have audit/CF experience this would be advantageous. This role would suit someone who is looking for an opportunity to be part of an exciting growth journey, there is a lot of change & growth required in this role which suits a candidate who wants to build their experience & progress to FD in the medium term.

Your responsibilities:

· Ownership of management accounts and reporting

· Leading a team of four, part qualified finance team members

· Development of financial processes, management information and KPI’s

· Ownership of all external reporting, inc taxes NHS, CCS

· Preparing cash flow forecast for review by the FD

· Business partner to divisional management

· Ownership of treasury administration

· Ownership of audit and taxes

· Experience with payroll desirable

· Analysing financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

· Supporting the finance directors with the production of annual budgets and monthly rolling forecast

Requirements:

· Qualified accountant, CIMA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent

· Good communicator & problem-solving skills

· Works well under pressure and as part of a team

· Enthusiastic, dynamic, professional and performance-driven

· Able to work in a fast-paced high growth environment

Package:

· Salary £60,000 dependent on experience, inc realistic bonus scheme & company car
