Workforce are looking to recruit a highly motivated Graphic and WordPress Web Designer to join our organisation. This role will suit someone who enjoys working on diverse projects. You will need to be hardworking, very creative, and a great communicator. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, and WordPress web design, and have a passion for creating visually stunning and user-friendly websites, and brand materials.

 Your responsibilities:

  • Maintain and build WordPress websites
  • Creation of company brand marketing, from initial concept through to completion, including branding all related print and digital marketing material
  • Creation and editing of brand and corporate videos
  • Creation of all corporate documentation including brochures, and slide decks
  • Updating and maintaining in-house collateral as required – website, templates
  • Creating content for social media and advertising campaigns
  • Creating, distributing, and managing the brand assets across all marketing channels
  • Creation of eshots
  • Requirements:

  • Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years experience
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Proven track record of working with WordPress
  • Essential, UI & UX, HTML & CSS, After Effect or Premier Pro & InDesign
  • Desirable but not essential, knowledge of Hubstop, XD, JavaScript
  • Copywriting skills would be desirable
  • Work with key stakeholders in the business, including working closely with the CEO
  • Be able to work to tight deadlines and be organised in your approach and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment on your own initiative
  • Have exceptional attention to detail, ensuring consistency of branding across all channels
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Well-presented and professional
  • Ability to work as part of a team and good at multitasking

    You should be:

    • Basic salary up to £32,000, with the potential of earning company bonus
    • 25 days holidays, plus bank holidays and your birthday as an additional day off
