We are now looking to hire an Executive Assistant to provide support to the board and gen-eral office management within our rapidly growing business, providing additional support to the broader teams when required. You will require impeccable communication skills and will demonstrate an engaging, but professional manner at all times. This is a highly dynamic business with a constantly shifting list of priorities, so you will need to be organised, highly adaptable, and resilient.

Your responsibilities:

  • Welcome visitors
  • Interact with stakeholders to arrange meetings, conference calls, diary schedules, etc
  • Prepare minutes of meetings and assist with the follow-up actions
  • Travel booking and co-ordination
  • Send emails and proposals on the directors’ behalf
  • Assist in the organisation of an office relocation
  • Management of the fleet, ordering new vehicles, servicing, etc
  • Oversee all IT
  • Order office consumables
  • General office management
  • Manage our engagement strategy & team events, organise birthdays and work anni-versaries
  • Develop presentations and agendas for meetings
  • Retrieve and research information when requested
  • Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned
  • Be reporting to directors
  • Requirements:

  • Must have at least 5+ years experience working with Board Directors
  • Professional appearance, be bright, positive and proactive
  • Well-mannered and personable
  • Meticulous and well organised
  • Dedicated and highly competent
  • Positive “Can Do” Attitude
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written English
  • Able to work independently
  • Ability to react quickly to meet challenges
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office

  • Package:

  • Salary up to £40,000 plus discretionary bonus package
