We are now looking to hire a Compliance Administrator for our busy Compliance and Business Support Team to provide efficient and effective support to our busy team and across the wider business area. Supporting all departments within organisation, ensuring coherency with internal and external processes and procedures. Acting as a first point of contact for company’s visitors.
Your responsibilities:
- Requesting the right checks for the role a candidate has applied for, monitoring and hastening the return of checks and accurately recording the results
- Collecting and reviewing all data in line with requirements and adhering to the Data Protection Act
- Supporting any compliance queries
- Conducting candidate compliance checks
- Registering candidates in our internal database and liaising with external payroll providers
- Dealing directly with candidates, clients and suppliers
- Collecting and reviewing all data accordingly while monitoring the process throughout and accurately updating records
- Supporting with other business tasks/queries
- Engaging in compliance audits
- Answering switchboard and redirecting phone calls to relevant departments
- Conducting surveys in regards to Modern Slavery Policy
Requirements:
- Preferably a compliance or recruitment background
- Highly organised with a strong attention to detail
- Have good spoken and written English
- Communicative and passionate about delivering great service
- Ability to work as part of a team and good at multitasking
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office

Package:
You should be:
- Potential to earn 30k OTE, dependent on experience with the potential of earning company bonus.
