With a team of over 30 full-time international recruiters, we pride ourselves on delivering high volumes of skilled candidates very quickly. We source and screen, undertake candidate skill tests, and make sure you get the right person for every job.
We provide an end-to-end candidate relocation service. This includes everything from airport collection and arranging their accommodation, to helping them to settle in, set up a bank account and National Insurance number, and much more.
Candidate retention is a key part of our recruitment model. Our skilled retention team look after our candidates throughout the process to make sure they’re happy and settled. Consistent feedback is provided and any trends are analysed and shared.
