What you’ll do:
• Collaborate with our Directors, Digital, Sales, Marketing and Social Media teams. You’ll love telling stories about your experiences and applying that to how the Workforce Digital solution differentiates itself in the Tech & IT people and recruitment solutions marketplace.
• Utilise your proven experience in consultative sales to generate leads and make appointments with Tech & IT hiring managers and/or their People & Resourcing Leaders, through the effective use of targeted marketing, PR, events, calls and a range of online platforms.
• Meet with clients face to face and online to understand their challenges and requirements, then make recommendations for solutions through the introduction of Workforce Digital’s benefits, services and options.
• Discuss pricing, gain commitment, support and advise on the clients’ Digital team growth strategy and take full vacancy requirements to feedback to the delivery team.
• Once established, support the Account Management team to build lasting partnerships with clients, to act as an extension of their business and ensure that they continue to benefit from the products and services available.
• Collaborate across all business areas to fully understand Workforce’s heritage, success and unique selling points, whilst adapting existing approaches to suit the needs of Digital clients.
• Achieve new client acquisition and retention targets, whilst continuing to identify new opportunities to support them and their growth plans.
• Report to and work closely with the Directors and Heads of Division, to agree on target markets, sales, account management and retention strategies.
• Both in-person and online, present at and attend events and conferences, and effectively network within the Digital and People & Resourcing communities.
Your skills and experience
Should have:
• Consultative and proven Business Development Manager / Sales Manager, in fast-paced and KPI-driven environments, and with a grasp for Tech & IT and/or Recruitment solutions.
• Self-motivated and self-sufficient, with the ability and willingness to take initiative and lead the way with sales activity and best practice.
• A calm, confident and credible demeanour, with the ability to gain trust in yourself and the integrity and ability of Workforce Digital from Tech & IT and People & Resourcing Leaders.
Nice to have:
• Experience within the Software/Digital/Tech and IT Sector.
• An understanding of the types of roles that make up a software development team, along with the languages, tools, frameworks and methodologies they use.

Leveraging 15 years’ experience of recruiting, relocating and retaining the best talent to satisfy skill shortages in the UK, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring Workforce Digital is the go-to people solutions partner for Tech & IT talent.
The ideal person may be an experienced agency Recruitment Consultant or in-house Recruiter, a Computer Science graduate or simply a super techy-savvy people person who’s keen to help others find their dream job by relocating to the UK. With the large volume of interest from India and Europe, applicants who have Hindi or European language proficiency would be of particular interest.

What you’ll do:
• Source candidates and process applications for a broad range of Tech & IT roles, including Software Developers, Testers, Cyber Security and other specialists.
• Conduct telephone and video screening interviews to understand candidate requirements, assess their abilities and motivations and explain the services offered by Workforce Digital.
• Utilise job boards, social media platforms and internals system to accurately track applications through to completion.
