We are now looking to hire a Compliance Manager to lead a highly motivated team within our rapidly growing business. You will be responsible for delivering a high volume of international candidates on Tier 2 Visa Sponsorships licences, across a wide range of sectors including Healthcare, Hospitality, Manufacturing and Engineering. You will also handle compliance for all of our UK based, temporary candidates.
You will act as an ambassador for the business by promoting compliance to the highest possible standards, whilst understanding the commercial needs of the business, this will be a client facing role at times. We handle the full visa compliance process for every candidate as we assist with their visa applications, providing a full solution including support with relocation to the UK.
Your responsibilities:
• Day to day management of all compliance staff including daily meetings, monthly 121s, target setting and PDPs
• To report weekly on performance of the team to stakeholders
• Managing the team to ensure visa documentation, right checks and all other documentation for candidates are received in a timely fashion, aways working to the highest possible standard of compliance
• Collecting, reviewing and accurately updating all data and records accordingly, while monitoring and improving the processes when required, whilst adhering to the Data Protection Act
• To carry out regular internal audits and provide feedback to the business and the team, with coaching and training consistently and regularly
• To prepare and ensure that the business is always prepared for any external audits relating to operational compliance, including NHS Framework, and client specific audits, acting as the main point of contact throughout and taking accountability for the results. This includes regular internal audits and mitigations of risk as well as actioning and close out of any non-compliance issues
• Able to analyse and interpret data to give recommendations to stakeholders through regular reporting
• Adapt to the ever-changing environment and reacting quickly to meet challenges
• Work collaboratively with the recruitment and relocation teams
• To support the development of the technology platforms throughout the compliance team
• To identify and mitigate risk proactively
• Keeping managers and the board of directors up to date with compliance matters
Requirements:
• 3-5 years Compliance background
• Knowledge of visa application process
• Knowledge of compliance within the healthcare industry
• Auditing experience in a regulated environment desirable
• Experience of leading a team to deliver and exceed on targets essential
• Positive “Can Do” Attitude
• Problem solving skills
• Highly organised with a strong attention to detail
• Have good spoken and written English
• Communicative and passionate about delivering great service
• Ability to work as part of a team and good at multitasking
• Ability to react quickly to meet challenges
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office

Package:
• Basic salary, up to £40,000, dependent upon experience, with a highly incentivised company bonus scheme. OTE £50k
